Hi, I'm Rachel! 

A creative soul and day dreamer. Who enjoys the simple things in life: burritos, sunshine, motorcycles and a good book.  Living in the PNW but my heart lives on the sandy beaches, mountain ranges and blossoming desert nights of Southern California. Art is so much more than just painting on a canvas. My art is a view into my soul, a window into the mind. I believe art can be therapy, a way to provoke thought and inspire. It can be light and happy or dark and deep. Some of my most favorite pieces have come from some of  my darkest days, when my grief is turned into a beautiful display of color. My primary medium of work is acrylic on canvas and digital drawings. However, I am always experimenting and trying new things. I do not believe in limiting oneself to one thing in the process of creating. I encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and create as well. It is a beautiful thing and we all have a little artist in us.
